About Us

The George Veterinary Group is a long established veterinary practice. Our equine clinic is based at Garsdon, just outside Malmesbury. We are committed to the health and welfare of your horses and provide a high standard of veterinary care to achieve optimal results. We have a strong emphasis on excellent communication with you the owner to ensure you are well informed at all stages of your horse’s treatment. As well as excellence in equine veterinary care we aim to be a friendly and caring practice for you and your horse.

We offer a full ambulatory service in and around the Wiltshire and Gloucestershire area or alternatively you can bring your horse to us at the clinic for examination and treatment.

Visits

We offer a discounted "Zone" visit system on a set day each week when we are in your area. We can of course visit you at a pre-arranged time on any week day at the standard visit fee.

Emergencies

We offer a 24 hour emergency service. Please telephone 01666 826456 and your call will be diverted to the duty vet. This number is manned 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
