She then joined the practice in January 2008. Emily enjoys the variety of general practice, but has a particular interest in surgery.

Sge enjoys all aspects of small animal practice and is keen to develop her surgical interests. Out of work she can regularly be found on the dance floor at the local Ceroc and Latin American & Ballroom Dancing Clubs.

Lauren Harger

Lauren Harger - BVSc MRCVS

Lauren graduated from Bristol in July 2008 and joined the small animal team in November 2008. After graduating, Lauren took some time out to go travelling in South America, completing the Inca Trail in Peru and visiting the Salar de Uyuni in Bolivia. She has a keen interest in diagnostic imaging.

Kath Lewis

Catherine Lewis

Cath graduated from Bristol Vet School in July 2011 and joined the Small Animal Team at the George Veterinary Group in August. She enjoys all aspects of small animal practice and has special interest in feline medicine and soft tissue surgery.
Outside the veterinary field, she likes to play sport of almost any kind and hopes to join local tennis and netball clubs soon. Running and walking in the beautiful Cotswolds are also on her ‘to do’ list for weekends when she is not working at the Hospital.
Cath is also a keen gardener and, although she only has decking in her new garden, is keeping her green fingers busy with pot plants and grow bags.
One of her long-term aims is to help her parents slim down their overweight rescue cat ‘Fang’. She is finding a strict exercise and gradual weight loss regime is tricky to implement through a long distance relationship!
