Emergencies

We operate a genuine 24 hour a day, 365 days a year emergency service. Veterinary surgeons and a veterinary nurse are on call at all times to deal with urgent cases.

In an emergency please telephone 01666 823165.

Charges

We make every effort to keep our charges affordable and they are reviewed annually. To help us, we ask that payment is made at the time of consultation and treatment. We accept payment by cash, cheque (supported by a cheque card), credit or debit cards.

Insurance

We strongly recommend you consider pet insurance to cover the cost of veterinary treatment. Details are available in the reception areas of each surgery. Whilst we do not endorse any one company we do strongly recommend that you read the small print of your insurance policies to ensure you are getting the level of cover that you expect.
