We've held off a little in publishing this to get a feel of how Covid-19 will impact all of usin terms of our equine lifestyles. As vets, equine health and welfare is always top of our agenda but that doesn't stop us seeing the implication to society as whole. We are taking all science-based advice and making appropriate changes to help us continue to be able to work as normal to look after your horses and without unduly risking our own or your health. So with a curtailed start to the spring competition season and a quieter social scene - what's in store? Currently in the UK exercising and training our horses carries on. Hacking out may be even more pleasurable and properly appreciated and it's a great opportunity to work on your own and your horse's development without the pressure of competing - trying to find a positive spin here!
