Visiting our surgeries

All locations offer appointments but, in addition, we also provide open surgeries at Malmesbury and Royal Wootton Bassett where you can simply drop in when it suits you. You can request an appointment here.

Booked appointments allow us to minimise your waiting time and avoid overcrowded stressful waiting rooms. However, rest assured, urgent cases will always be seen as a priority.


We make every effort to keep our charges affordable. To help us, we ask that payment is made at the time of treatment. We accept payment by cash, cheque, credit or debit card.


We take out of hours emergencies seriously and operate a genuine emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Veterinary surgeons and a veterinary nurse are on call at all times to deal with urgent cases with your pet's medical records immediately available - not all veterinary practices can offer this assurance! We believe in continuity of care.
