We make every effort to keep our charges affordable. To help us, we ask that payment is made at the time of treatment. We ask that payment be made by credit or debit card wherever possible in the interests of infection control during the COVID pandemic.
When wishing to submit an insurance claim, please note that many insurers will now contact us directly after your initial contact with them to provide us with a link to access claim details. This speeds up the process for your claim as many now provide online portals rather than paperwork for this purpose.
We take out of hours emergencies seriously and operate a genuine emergency service 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Veterinary surgeons and a veterinary nurse are on call at all times to deal with urgent cases with your pet's medical records immediately available - not all veterinary practices can offer this assurance! We believe in continuity of care.
