How well do you really know your cat?

This short 3 minute film from Cats Protection will assist in more correctly interpreting a cat's behaviour and whether a it is happy or stressed.

In a recent study by the charity, a third of 1,100 cat owners surveyed failed to recognise a slow-blinking cat shows a calm, contented moggy; while two in three think a purring cat is always a happy one, when it could actually mean they are in pain.

Half of owners were unaware that cats will signal stress by licking their lips, with 30% believing a cat is hungry or just has dry lips. We hope you find it useful.
