A RETURN TO A FULL RANGE OF SERVICES AGAIN - JUNE 2020

From 1st June we are taking steps to slowly increase our opening hours, and the range of work we are doing. We remain mindful of the social distancing measures we need to keep in place and as such, and until further notice, all consultations will be BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. We will not be accepting "walk-in" requests at any of our clinics at this time.

All medication requests need to be made in advance so that a specific collection appointment can be made. This assists us in controlling the number of people in any of our buildings at any one time, keeping both staff and clients as safe as we possibly can. Obviously, this means that timekeeping will be very important as we will not be able to 'squeeze people in' if they miss their appointment slot or arrive considerably in advance of it! We appreciate your understanding with this in advance.

From Monday 1st June our Nailsworth clinic will open 09:00-13:00 Monday to Friday and 14:00-16:00 on Saturdays.

The Tetbury clinic will be open between 14:00 and 18:00 Monday to Friday only, with a clinic time of 14:20-18:00. As and when appointment demand increases, we will increase the opening times at both Nailsworth and Tetbury to their usual full day opening hours.

Our Royal Wootton Bassett clinic will be open 09:30-13:00 and 16:00-18:00 Monday-Friday and again 09:30-12:30 on Saturdays.The Malmesbury hospital will continue to be open 08:30-18:00 Monday- Friday and 08:30-16:00 on Saturdays.

Whilst we are now offering our full range of services again, we are mindful of those patients where we have delayed giving their annual health check and vaccinations during lock-down. As such, we will give priority first to those pets who were due in March - please do not be offended if we ask you to wait a few weeks more as we catch up.
