Please note that we require 2 working days notice when using this method so that your order can be checked by a vet and prepared for collection from your preferred location. Once your order is ready, we will contact you to let you know. If your request is more urgent then please call your preferred branch directly.
A RED acknowledgement of receipt will be displayed on this page immediately after a submission. If you do not see this you may have missed a detail on the form which we require and this will require amendment and resubmission. Thank you.
NOTE: If we haven't seen your pet within the last 4 months, we will not be able to prescribe for them again before another consultation has been undertaken. It is a legal requirement for us to see them for a repeat prescription consult before dispensing further prescriptions in this instance.
