We have taken steps to slowly increase our opening hours over the last few weeks, and are now delivering our full range of services again. We remain mindful of the social distancing measures we need to keep in place and as such, all consultations will continue BY APPOINTMENT ONLY. Consultation times will reduce a little from the previous 20 minutes down to 15 minutes allowing us plenty of time still to consult and avoid any build-ups for you and your pets. The reduction to 15 minutes will also allow for more consults to take place each day - we won't return to the original 10 minute appointments until it is acknowledged safe to do so.
We continue to ask that payment be made by card to avoid the handling of cash wherever possible at this time. Where payments are made by cash we will credit your account rather than hand across change at this time. Thank you for your understanding here.
All medication requests need to be made in advance so that a specific collection appointment can be made. This assists us in controlling the number of people in any of our buildings at any one time, keeping both staff and clients as safe as we possibly can. Obviously, this means that timekeeping will be very important as we will not be able to 'squeeze people in' when appointment slots are missed or should you arrive considerably in advance of your apppointment! We appreciate your understanding and co-operation here.
Owing to the currently extended appointment slots, our clinics at Nailsworth and Tetbury will be closed for one hour between 1-2pm on weekdays until further notice but will continue to recieve phone calls. We have extended the availability on a Saturday for clients of our clinic in Royal Wootton Bassett until 12.30pm BY APPOINTMENT ONLY, where walk-in clinics have been removed as a control measure.
