Here we are again, with Christmas nearly upon us! We would like to take this opportunity to let you all know our opening hours over the festive period. The practice will be closed from 4pm on Christmas Eve until 8.30am on 27th December. For New Year, the practice will close at 4pm on 31st December and reopen for consultations on Thursday 2nd January 2020.

As usual, be assured that our 24 hour emergency service, provided by our staff at our premises, will be available should you need us. We're always here for our clients.

May we also take this opportunity to make a polite request of our clients who have animals on regular medication to make sure that you have enough through the holiday period while the practice is closed. If you order by 19th December then we can ensure we have enough stock for you before our suppliers close for the Christmas period.

As we say goodbye to 2018, it's hard to believe that we are in winter. It's still mild out there for the time of year but when the cold hits us, it can affect your pets too. In our seasonal update we look at winter aches and pains and ways to mitigate this. There's an update on lungworm in dogs and then we pose the question, "Where do all the fleas go in winter?"; the answer is your home!
